Crew
Long days and close teamwork are part of everyday life in event production. We know how much depends on the crew – which is why we only work with highly motivated colleagues who do not shy away from an extra shift, even when it runs late into the night.
Camera, sound and gallery come from one well-rehearsed team. That saves lengthy discussions – and avoids misunderstandings once the show goes live.
Flexibility
Before the production we plan as precisely as we can. Even so, on site things usually turn out differently – and then only one thing matters: deciding fast. Changing concepts, reworking the technical set-up, adapting running orders, without the audience noticing a thing.

Case study
A show format on stage, produced like a studio programme – in front of an audience and with no second take.
For Amira Media we produced four pilot episodes of the ApoShow – a format that takes an in-depth look at pharmacies and medicines.
Expert and celebrity guests gave the audience sound information in an entertaining way. The aim was to package the content so that it would captivate rather than lecture. To that end, parts of the programme were presented on stage as a show format that brought pharmacies and medicines to life.
The stage was set up like a television studio: studio cameras on pedestals, teleprompters and a production gallery with broadcast experience in running shows.
Case study
We have broadcast and recorded every Grandjam concert since the very first event – with up to 16 cameras, cut live and each recorded individually in UHD.
At the Grandjam, up to 1,000 musicians play a concert together. As the technical service provider, we have been on board since the first event and have broadcast every concert live.
Up to 16 cameras are cut live in 1080p50; in addition, we record every camera individually in UHD – as material for later post-production.
Specialist camera systems are always part of the set-up: wireless DSLR cameras right among the musicians and camera cranes for the big wide shots over the hall.
